She holds a M.S. in Human Resources Management Development from Chapman University, Orange, CA. Prior to establishing a private practice, she managed career centers in California’s Silicon Valley for an international outplacement firm. She is a member of the National Career Development Association, Career Masters Institute, and the Professional Women’s Network of the Monterey Peninsula.
